Non-Commercial

It means not primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation. For purposes of this Public License, the exchange of the Licensed Material for other material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights by digital file-sharing or similar means is Non-Commercial provided there is no payment of monetary compensation in connection with the exchange.

Authors can use their articles, in full or in part, for a wide range of scholarly, non-commercial purposes as outlined below:

Copyright Transfer Agreement

The authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright of the article shall be assigned to the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University Surabaya as the publisher. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal rights to publish the manuscript and its related materials, such illustration, maps, images, and charts.

Copyright encompasses exclusive rights to reproduce and deliver the article in all form and media, including reprints, photographs, microfilms, and any other similar reproductions, as well as translations. The reproduction of any part of this journal, its storage in databases, and its transmission by any form or media, such as electronic, electrostatic and mechanical copies, photocopies, recordings, magnetic media, etc., will be allowed only with a written permission from the Proceeding of International Conference on Sharia and Law.

Proceeding of International Conference on Sharia and Law, the Editors, and the Editorial Board make every effort to ensure that no wrong or misleading data, opinions, or statements be published in the journal.
