Information For Authors

Authors should follow these guidelines in preparing articles for submissions:

1. ICONELT Proceeding does not accept previously published articles (print or online).    

2. On receiving the paper, we will email a notification to the author immediately.

3. The process of peer review may take 2-6 months.

4. We will send an acceptance letter via e-mail to the author, indicating the acceptance or not and the date of publication.

 

5. Authors should use the template provided by us and meet the formatting requirements outlined in the author guidelines.

6. Authors should use Zotero or Mendeley reference manager

 

7. Referencing and citation style: APA 7th Edition

 

8. The similarity index is not more than 20% with match per item is less than 1%.

 

It is the responsibility of the author to obtain permission for the use of any copyrighted material, including images, sound, and video files. It is preferable to place images directly in the text but, when permission is unobtainable, it is acceptable to include a link to the image directly in the text. An acknowledgment will be sent indicating that the paper has been received.
